Hariyali Agro is hiring a Business Development Manager in Gorakhpur. This is a on-site role for candidates who can take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities and work reliably with the team.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle the core responsibilities of the Business Development Manager role.
• Maintain accurate work records and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Coordinate with team members, customers or vendors whenever required.
• Follow company processes, safety standards and reporting requirements.

Candidate Requirements
• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
• Experience: 0–3 years preferred.
• Skills: Business Development, Negotiation, Team Handling.
• Work mode: On-site.
• Shift: Day Shift.

Salary & Benefits
• ₹14,000 – ₹26,000 per month.
• Benefits: Incentive, Bonus, Travel Allowance.
